From working with previous CRM systems, it’s been a total breath of fresh air working with Melissa (Nurture CRM), not only is she an expert in the field and has provided us with a fantastic CRM system but must be the most friendliest (and knowledgeable) CRM specialist around!

The introduction of Dynamics has enabled our charity to provide first class relationship management, record all necessary and informative data in the most efficient and simple way, but most importantly providing the necessary foundations for us to develop and grow.

Our sales process needed aligning and Melissa sat through more than one meeting to explain how building a CRM in Microsoft Dynamics would have great benefits. We also liked the “Nurture” method that when the system has been built, that it wouldn’t be “hands off” and leave us to it, and that there will be ongoing future support and updates to the system as we become more and more adept.

Melissa made the process very straightforward and “un-techy”, which was important for me. We’re now looking forward to putting our system into action and benefitting from the results!
